Description: ‘UFSun’ is a non-melting-flesh peach cultivar released in 2004. ‘UFSun’ trees bear heavy annual crops of early-season, medium-sized fruit, with yellow flesh and clingstone pits. ‘UFSun’ fruit are uniformly symmetrical and develop 50–60% red skin with darker red stripes. ‘UFSun’ fruit ripens with that of the standard peach cultivar ‘Flordaprince’ (unpatented) at Immokalee and Gainesville, Florida with an FDP of 80 days.
