Description: ‘UFBeauty’ is a peach cultivar released in 2002 with fruit that have non-melting-flesh, clingstone pits, and very symmetrical shape. The flesh of ‘UFBeauty’ fruit is yellow and very firm, and the skin color is near 100% red, with darker red stripes. ‘UFBeauty’ ripens 3 to 4 days after ‘UFGold’ in Gainesville, Florida with a FDP of 82 days. Cropping of ‘UFBeauty’ has been unreliable in south Florida when night temperatures during the bloom period are higher than 57°F (14°C).
