Description: ‘UF21-9-16’ has lance-shaped, lobed foliage that is predominantly deep maroon with consistent green leaf margins and uniform green spots across the leaf. Maintains colors in both sun and shade. It is upright in habit, but it is highly branched and spreading in form, growing wider than it does tall.
