Description: ‘RBA 13-18’ is a new, distinct, complex mandarin hybrid with high tolerance to CLas and vigor in the presence of HLB. The fruit has been shown to be equivalent to sweet orange in size with acceptable firmness to allow typical industrial harvest and transport practices to be employed.
