Description: ‘UF-16-397’ is a new addition to the pink fancy-leaved caladium cultivar group represented by the commercial cultivar ‘Carolyn Whorton’. This new cultivar has bright leaf colors, a novel coloration pattern, and excellent sunburn tolerance and leaf health. It produces high-quality pot plants when forced in containers and performs very well in a variety of landscape settings in shady or sunny locations. ‘UF-16-397’ will be marketed under the commercial name Pretty N Pink™.
