Description: ‘UF-15-643’ produces broad, lance-shaped leaves with a pink center and numerous pink blotches and spots. Plants grow fast and show excellent sunburn tolerance and leaf health, making it well-suited for use in a variety of landscape settings from shady to sunny locations. This cultivar showed excellent tuber yield potential in grower trials, and its tubers appear to be moderately resistant to Fusarium tuber rot. ‘UF-15-643’ will be marketed under the commercial name Pink A Boo™.
